A world heritage site & National Nature Reserve nine miles from Portrush, comprised of approximately 40,000 hexagonal stone columns which have astonished visitors for centuries. At present Moyle District Council provide visitor services in the form of Tourist Information, Bureau de Change, an interpretative audio visual presentation, souvenir shop and car parking facilities. The audio visual show offers seating for up to 60 people and commentary in 5 European languages. There is also a National Trust Shop and tea room. Special guided tours are available for groups. Please contact the National Trust for further details. Entrance to the Giant’s Causeway is free but there is a car parking charge. A ‘Causeway Coaster’ minibus service to the main stone formation operates daily from 10.00am.
